One of the greatest tragedies in the real estate agent business is that agents often find more than enough potential buyers and sellers to be successful, but they lack the systematic approach to build a list of prospects where the outcome is clear. The key point is to determine that the prospect has a real reason to buy or sell and that inside the next twelve month the prospect will be motivated to do so at least at a level of 9-10 on a 1-10 scale.
