However, ultimately it’s most important to figure out “who” should do the work of those systems other than you!

In life nobody is born pre-wired to be the perfectly balanced business person and in real estate those that migrate to the top-producer status tend to do so on shear will power and muscle. The best way to build an actual business is to recognize yourself as the biggest danger and fight to understand how managed systems are the key to success. Once you get basic systems in place you must delegate their operation and subsequent improvement to those who are better wired to do so than you. Simply put, get out of the way!

Many real estate agents begin their careers with a very strong emotional drive to serve, however, their big “Why” might often lead them to believe that the money doesn’t matter, but it does. The first step to reconciling the “why” and the money is to realize that they can and must coexist.
The book "The Nuclear Effect" by Scott Olford really challenged me as a business owner and inspired this episode. Olford talks about three business personas, in a similar system to Michael Gerber's. It made me realize there was a business persona "type" that I didn't realize I needed to pay more attention to.
